Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients.
Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, cardiac monitors, and patient condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Operate and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU equipment.
Assist doctors during procedures and emergency interventions.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in CPR/resuscitation.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts, and treatment records.
Follow infection-control procedures and ICU protocols.
Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and their families.
Work efficiently in rotational shifts and high-pressure situations. Role & responsibilities
