Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Sihora, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Logistics & Dispatch

Experience: 5–8 Years (Mining / Iron Ore / Steel / Cement Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics of iron ore, concentrates, and raw materials.
Coordinate vehicle placement, dispatch, and transportation with transporters.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and ports.
Prepare dispatch documents, e-way bills, weighbridge records, and invoices coordination.
Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation expenses.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Stores, and Accounts for smooth dispatch operations.
Track vehicle movement and resolve logistics-related issues.
Ensure compliance with statutory, mining, and transportation regulations.
Maintain daily logistics MIS, dispatch reports, and transporter performance records.





Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of logistics, dispatch, transportation, and supply chain.
Experience in Tally/MS Excel.
Valuable communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage transporters and multiple dispatches efficiently.

Qualification:
Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Preferred Industry: Iron Ore Beneficiation, Mining, Pellet Plant, Steel, Cement, or Mineral Processing.
