Role : IDT Business Analyst

Experience Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or marketing technology setting.
Proven experience working in Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum).
Demonstrated experience working with Adobe Commerce and/or other Ecommerce systems, including:
Understanding of Ecommerce processes and ecosystems
Familiarity with Ecommerce best practices and industry standards.
Basic knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks concerning Ecommerce operations
Experience in managing and maintaining high-complexity digital platforms, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) context.
Experience in working with solution integrations.




Data analysis skills and familiarity with data management processes and solutions (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and project managers.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Technical Skills:
Previous Experience with Ecommerce Systems (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, etc)
Understanding of DevSecOps practices and their application in platform management.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Solid capability in backlog management, capacity planning and cost management.
Proficient in backlog management tools, e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence (ServiceNow proficiency is a big plus)
