Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Instn./Elecs./EL&TC;/EEE
Experience in Years: 6+ years
Required Skills: Sub-Control Sys.Viz: VFD,Weighing Sys,stacker&reclaimers;,Field Insts. ,AAQMS
Planning, organizing, coordinating, execute, monitoring and controlling all Instrumentation jobs in order to maximize LSCR , LSSR & Raw mills availability.
Ensuring positive quality of plant maintenance, avoiding repetitive stoppages, conducting why-why analysis, and implementing corrective actions
SAP PM orders, Notifications , PM Measurement & Calibrations orders in SAP as well as spares management.
Budgets planning & inventory maintaining within the targeted limits.
Legal Compliance and following the UTCL safety standards.
Collaboration & Team working with cross functional teams.
Effective implementation of electrical safety, LOTO and PTW standard Compliance with SAP, ISO standards and WCM
Carry out Capex jobs , modification/improvement works and productivity enhancement.
Effective & Effective utilization of resources and man power.
Avoiding equipment idle running, Avoid over time and optimum utilization of contract manpower
