Your Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of existing and current operations processes as well as for the process documentation
On-boarding new supply-side partners and maintaining proactive supply-side relation
Resolve trade settlement issues in a timely manner. Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, commentaries and financial reports
Undertake the logistics P&L; and support the general manager in resource and budget planning
Maintain a finger on the pulse of daily operations, redirecting resources and priorities as necessary
Identify workflow/system improvements and work with the supervisor and operations team to enact change.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent English and Marathi communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially excel and/or google spreadsheet
You have at least 1 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Development or related roles + commerce or business related educational background preferred




Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude - a high degree of accuracy is required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Ability to learn and adapt to change
You are proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and have a self-structured way of working
Creativity, team spirit and enthusiasm for a job in an interdisciplinary team
A no task is a too small task attitude
