Responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities while maintaining efficiency, cost control, compliance, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transport, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.

Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Manage multi-location branch operations and ensure achievement of KPIs.

Monitor key metrics such as on-time delivery, utilization, and cost per shipment.

Handle budgets, compliance, and relationships with customers, vendors, and transporters.





Support business development and coordinate with sales for client acquisition and retention.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams to build a high-performance culture.

Supervise daily logistics operations including transport coordination, warehousing activities, dispatch, and inventory control.

Ensure timely execution of shipments and adherence to delivery schedules.

Monitor operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
