Gretis India Private Limited is looking for an experienced advocate to advise and represent the company in labour, employment, service and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handle labour, employment and service-law matters, including gratuity, industrial disputes, disciplinary proceedings and employee claims.
Draft legal notices, replies, petitions, written statements, affidavits, agreements and legal opinions.
Represent the company before Labour Courts, tribunals, Gratuity Authorities, EPFO, ESIC and other government authorities.
Review employment agreements, manpower contracts, tenders, work orders and government contracts.
Handle show-cause notices, blacklisting matters, contractual claims and recovery cases.
Coordinate with management, government departments and external counsel.
Maintain case records, hearing dates and regular litigation updates.
Eligibility
LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolment with the State Bar Council.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in labour and service laws.
Robust drafting, legal research and communication skills.
Experience in manpower outsourcing or government-contract matters will be preferred.
Based in Panchkula, Chandigarh or Mohali.
