Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Assistant to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware, software, networking, and user support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and system access.
Perform system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and repairs.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.




Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT-related equipment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support (hospitality experience preferred).
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., WinCloud) is an added advantage.
Positive problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
