We are seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end service delivery for global customers. You will lead a large, distributed team, ensure operational excellence, and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and business growth. This role combines robust delivery governance with strategic thinking, a commercial mindset, and confident executive communication. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Governance
Own delivery across multiple infrastructure towers; ensure SLA/KPI attainment. • Lead governance rhythms and represent services in customer reviews and audits.
Oversee major incident response,
root cause analysis, and preventive actions. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with the stakeholders.
Communicate proactively with clarity, tailoring messages for technical and business audiences.
Translate business needs into action plans and roadmaps.
Represent services in customer reviews and audits to ensure transparent, confident executive communication. People Leadership
Lead and mentor a large, global team with explicit goals and performance management. • Drive workforce planning and skills development across towers.
