Role: Machine Learning Engineer
Experience Level: 3+ Years
Work location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ TRV
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in AI/ML, with a track record of working in large-scale programs and solving complex use cases using GCP/AWS
Exceptional command in Agentic AI architecture, development, testing, and research of both Neural-based & Symbolic agents, using current-generation deployments and next-generation patterns/research
Expertise in building agentic systems using techniques including Multi-agent systems, Reinforcement learning, adaptable/energetic workflows, caching/memory management, and concurrent orchestration. Proficiency in one or more Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel, etc.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore SMEs to address issues and implement improvements
Utilize SQL, Python, and MLOps to manage and optimize data and model workflows
Implement and manage workflows using Airflow
Work with Snowflake and Oracle databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Use GitHub for version control and collaboration
Apply Agile methodologies to manage projects and deliver solutions effectively




Own ML/NLP tasks endtoend, from design through deployment and operational support
Deploy and maintain production ML components within an existing legacy system
Build and operate reliable pipelines for text ingestion, preprocessing, inference, and delivery
Required Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and MLOps with experience with FastAPI, Asynio, & Pydantic.
Experience with GCP/AWS services
Agentic AI : Expertise in LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel / Autogen and Open AI, Agentic SDK
Generative AI: Hands-on experience with generative AI models, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Familiarity with Airflow for workflow management
Demonstrated experience deploying, testing, and supporting ML systems in production
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and cloud based CI/CD tools
Experience with GitHub for version control
Robust understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong handson experience with Snowflake, including SQL and largescale data workflows
