Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide legal counsel to the company on all aspects of oil & gas, renewable energy, and power projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to project development, operation, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Middle East region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and provide strategic guidance on risk management.
Job Requirements :
Experience as a Legal Counsel in the oil & gas or renewable energy sector.
Solid expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiations for EPC contracts (Engineering Procurement Construction).
In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations governing oil & gas operations in the Middle East region.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
