Key Responsibilities - Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, company websites, and other online platforms.
Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and business needs.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to support business growth.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.





Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, or telemarketing (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong research and prospecting skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
Knowledge of B2B sales and IT staffing/recruitment is an advantage.
Cold calling and email marketing experience.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
