Job Title: IT Associate

Job Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive IT Associate to support the organization's day-to-day technology needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software systems, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor network performance and assist in ensuring data security and regular backups.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network devices.
Manage IT assets, software updates, licenses, and antivirus systems.
Set up workstations, email accounts, and system access for current employees.
Maintain IT documentation, issue logs, and performance reports.
Prepare periodic reports on system performance and recurring technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have Qualifications
Education – Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field




Technical Skills – Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic networking
Problem-Solving – Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Communication – Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications – CompTIA A+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Experience – Prior experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or system administration role.
Tools – Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic scripting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
