Role Description The Inside Sales Assistant is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru, supporting the sales team in marketing and selling RERA-approved properties. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and providing detailed information about available projects. The role involves maintaining customer records, processing orders and booking requests, coordinating with external sales representatives, and following up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

The Inside Sales

Assistant will also assist with basic documentation, schedule site visits, respond to customer questions,



and contribute to meeting sales targets through consistent, professional communication.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Sales skills, including lead follow-up and closing support.

Candidates should possess clear, skilled Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.

Candidates should possess accurate Order Processing skills, including data entry, documentation, and coordination with relevant teams.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.

Familiarity with real estate or property services, basic knowledge of RERA, and comfort working with CRM or sales software are advantageous.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset are desirable.
