Experience in As-Is study, Gap analysis,defining To-Be processes, Preparation of FRS
Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Working closely with the development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with the customer user experience, scale / performance, and operability in mind.
Understanding of government regulations and policies related to IT and E-Governance.
