Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Jewellery CAD Designer with hands-on experience in Matrix/MatrixGold software. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of diamond and gold jewellery design and be capable of creating precise, production-ready CAD models.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D CAD models using Matrix/MatrixGold.
Design rings, earrings, pendants, bangles, necklaces, bracelets, and custom jewellery.
Convert sketches, concepts, and customer requirements into accurate CAD designs.
Prepare production-ready STL files for 3D printing and manufacturing.
Ensure designs are practical for casting, stone setting, polishing, and production.
Revise and modify CAD models based on feedback from clients or the production team.
Collaborate closely with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain design quality while meeting project deadlines.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience as a Jewellery CAD Designer.
Proficiency in Matrix/MatrixGold.
Experience designing diamond and gold jewellery.
Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
Good attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Jewellery Design or a related field.
Portfolio of previous jewellery CAD work is preferred.
