Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)
We are looking for Kannada or Tamil-speaking candidates to join our dynamic sales team and cater to students and parents across the India market.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning programs from Infinity Learn.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales:
Connect with potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.
Consultative Selling:
Understand the academic goals of students and parents to provide personalized product recommendations.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and pipeline management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Negotiation & Closing:
Handle objections confidently, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong sales aptitude with a target-driven approach
Excellent communication and persuasive skills
Fluency in Kannada or Tamil (Mandatory)
Prior experience in telesales/inside sales preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (EdTech, education, or subscription-based services preferred)
Experience in selling to K-12 or test-prep customers is an added advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply
Working Conditions
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM 9:00 PM (IST)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Requirements: Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
