Role & responsibilities
Execution and registration of Leave and License Agreement/ Leasing Agreements
Drafting/vetting and closure of routine nature contracts, term sheets, addendum for vendors, Kisok operators, tenants, licensee, events etc.
To complete Due Diligence process with Tenant/Licensee. To coordinate the requirements of statutory documents by Tenant/Licensee
To complete close Notices, letters, communications, declarations, NOC, replies and related legal documents for routine nature, specifically for show cause notice, breach notice and money recovery notice.
Co-ordination role for Legal matters in any court of Law, specifically relating to civil court matters
To get details, from Retailers/Tenants/Licensee, for the Sales Report and Revenue Share related requirements, within the terms of the Agreement.
