We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting fine and fashion jewelry, provide product knowledge, deliver exceptional service, and help drive store sales. You will play an significant part in creating a luxurious and welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service.
Assist clients in selecting jewelry based on style, occasion, budget, and preference.
Explain product details, including materials, gemstones, pricing, warranties, and care instructions.
Present merchandise in an attractive and professional manner.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
Monitor inventory, restock items, and report low-stock or damaged products.
Support sales goals by promoting products, offers, and special collections.
Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow store policies, security procedures, and cash-handling standards.
Stay updated on jewelry trends, product knowledge, and company promotions.





Required Qualifications
Graduates, diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, retail, or marketing is a plus.
Previous retail or jewelry sales experience would be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to learn and explain jewelry materials, styles, and features.
Basic computer and POS system skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and watches.
Upselling and cross-selling experience.
