About the Company

Bird Delhi General Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. (BDGAS) is a leading provider of Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. BDGAS is a joint venture between the Bird Group and GMR Group, serving business aviation operators, aircraft owners, charter companies, and corporate flight departments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase FBO and MRO revenues.
Manage relationships with aircraft owners, operators, charter companies, OEMs, brokers, and corporate flight departments.
Identify current business prospects and convert leads into long-term customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts,



and support revenue growth initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic business development reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
5–10 years of experience in aviation, FBO, MRO, airline, charter, airport, or related B2B service industries.
Strong network within the business aviation ecosystem will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen and result orientation.
Willingness to travel as required.
