Qualification: ITI (Mechanical/Welder/Fitter) or equivalent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Fabricator/Welder with 1–2 years of experience in stainless steel (SS) fabrication. The candidate will assist in fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fabrication and welding activities as per drawings and work instructions.
Assist in stainless steel sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, drilling machines, and cutting tools.
Support bending, forming, and fitting operations.
Carry out TIG/MIG welding on SS components.
Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet production targets.
Requirements
ITI in Mechanical, Welder, Fitter, or related trade.
1–2 years of experience in fabrication and welding.
Basic knowledge of SS fabrication and welding techniques.
Ability to read easy engineering drawings.
Valuable attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in TIG welding.
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and bending processes.
Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
