Job Summary The Underwriter – General Insurance (Non-Motor) is responsible for managing the end-to-end underwriting and policy servicing process for non-motor insurance products. The role involves preparing quotations, processing proposals, coordinating with clients and insurance companies, managing marine insurance documentation, handling policy servicing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all operational processes while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations for all non-motor insurance products (Current, Rollover, and Renewal cases).
Follow up with clients for Open Marine declarations and submit them to insurance companies.
Issue Specific Marine Certificates as per client requirements.
Submit Marine Declarations through the SAIBA Portal.
Process Marine Insurance refund requests and coordinate with insurers.
Complete and process proposal forms for all non-motor insurance products.
Maintain and update prospect and client records.
Process member additions and deletions for Group Mediclaim (GMC) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) policies.




Provide quotations for Private Car, Mediclaim, Personal Accident, and Travel Insurance during team members' absence to ensure uninterrupted client support.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issuance, servicing, and resolution of client requests.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation across all underwriting and policy servicing activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
