LFP Technology & Validation Lead
Core Objective: Drive the optimization of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cell chemistry and validate raw material suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and performance stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize slurry formulations and electrode loading specifically for LFP cathode systems to maximize energy density.
Conduct technical auditing and validation of active material suppliers, focusing on Lithium and Iron Phosphate purity.
Improve cycle life and thermal stability through chemical additive research and interface engineering.
Key Required Skills:
Expertise in LFP-specific electrochemistry and slurry rheology.
Experience with supply chain technical auditing for battery raw materials.
Advanced knowledge of material characterization tools (XRD, SEM, ICP).
Recommended Education: Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science, with a research focus on Phosphate-based cathode materials.
