Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems, DVR/NVR, and surveillance networks.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
Install and troubleshoot network printers, shared printers, and printer drivers.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and operating system issues.
Perform desktop management, including OS installation, software updates, antivirus installation, and system optimization.
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory, warranty records, and service logs.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement.
Ensure regular data backup and basic disaster recovery practices.
Provide IT support during office and production operations as required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
