Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile procurement data, prepare reports, analyze spend, savings, and KPIs, and support financial reporting and management reviews.

Administrative Support: Assist with purchase orders (POs), subcontracts, contract documentation, vendor onboarding, meeting coordination, and maintaining procurement records.

Market Research: Conduct supplier and market research, evaluate vendor capabilities, benchmark pricing, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and strategic sourcing.

Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, project teams, finance, legal, and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement and issue resolution.

Process Support: Support the preparation of RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, vendor evaluations, bid analysis, contract administration, and procurement system implementation or process improvement initiatives.

Commercial Management: Prepare and evaluate commercial proposals, perform pricing analysis, conduct cost comparisons, negotiate commercial terms and conditions,



support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives, and ensure commercial compliance with organizational procurement policies.

Contract & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, monitor SLAs and vendor performance, ensure contractual compliance, and resolve commercial issues to achieve business objectives.

Procurement Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements while maintaining complete procurement documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Robust MS Excel, data analysis, and research tool proficiency.

Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, robust communication (written/oral), teamwork, problem-solving, and high integrity
