Dream Travel Yaari is a fast-growing travel company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and travel policies.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel execution.

Required

Skills





6 monhts–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Travel Sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and objection-handling abilities.

Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset.

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred

Candidates

Experience in the Travel, Hospitality, Insurance, Banking, or BPO industry.

Candidates from companies such as Policybazaar, InsuranceDekho, Paisabazaar, BankBazaar, or other target-based sales organizations are encouraged to apply.
