KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support end-to-end SIS implementation




Coordinate with internal teams and technology vendors
Support system configuration, testing & rollout
Handle IT troubleshooting and user support
Manage system access for students, faculty, admin & branches
Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Rays Education

REQUIREMENTS Experience: More than 1 years in IT Operations, Project Coordination, Software Implementation, SIS/ERP Implementation, or a related role.
Positive communication & coordination skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Willingness to learn and manage current systems
