Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Hardware & Networking Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, networking devices, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware support and network administration.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide technical support to end users.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Ensure regular system backups and antivirus updates.
Follow IT security and company policies.

Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.




3–5 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking.
Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows OS installation and configuration.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to work from the Dhulagarh location.
