We're Hiring: Customer Support Executives (Hindi & English)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our PF Consultation Process. If you have robust communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist clients with PF withdrawal queries and related services.
Follow up with interested and existing customers.
Manage customer interactions via WhatsApp and provide prompt support.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/data regularly.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth and timely service.

Preferred candidate profile
Fluency in Hindi and English communication skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in tele calling or customer support is preferred.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Language: English (Preferred)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred)

Pay: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
