Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain IP cameras and NVR surveillance systems.
Perform basic network setup and troubleshooting, including LAN connectivity and IP configuration.
Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance, and technical support.
Respond to service calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to provide effective technical support.
Maintain service reports and documentation for field visits.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches).
Experience in IP camera and NVR installation and configuration.




Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel and perform field service activities.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Hardware, Desktop Support, or Field Service.
Experience in CCTV surveillance systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
