Position: Jr HR Executive

MBA HR Fresher

Shift:Day/Night
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Coordinate onboarding and training activities of current recruits.
Manage training schedules, attendance, training trackers.
Support trainers during training sessions in monitoring and evaluation.
Assess trainees written communication skills including emails, assignments and assessments.
Maintain training records, evaluation reports, and performance data.
Assist in conducting assessments and engagement activities.
Coordination for smooth execution of training and assessments.
Support HR record management.
Support onboarding documentation and employee joining formalities.
Assist in preparing HR related documentation.
Support HR operations as required.
Note:
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate and it may vary based on experience and skill set.
