Proven experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding and Exist & Full and Final settlement processes.

-Kannada (Read,Write,Speak) is Mandatory
Ability to manage employee records while ensuring compliance with Labor laws and regulations.
Experience In Manufacturing Industry is Mandatory
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture.
Proficient in handling employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
Training & Development
Skills in budget planning and management within the HR department.
Capable of preparing and maintaining reports related to HR metrics.
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Expertise in Time Management & Payroll, particularly with ESSL & Greyt HR.
Solid understanding of industrial laws and statutory compliance.
