ob Summary The Grinder Operator is responsible for operating grinding machines to smooth, finish, deburr, and shape metal components according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
Operate handheld and bench grinding machines safely and efficiently.
Remove burrs, excess welds, rust, and sharp edges from metal parts.
Perform surface finishing and polishing of fabricated components.
Read basic engineering drawings and job instructions.
Measure finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, scale, etc.).
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Replace grinding wheels and accessories when required.
Maintain machines and tools in good working condition.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.




Keep the work area clean and organized (5S).
Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE.

Required Skills
Knowledge of grinding and finishing techniques.
Ability to use angle grinders, bench grinders, and polishing tools.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work in a production workplace.
Attention to detail and quality.

Qualification
Minimum: 8th Pass / 10th Pass.
ITI (Fitter/Welder/Turner) preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
