We are seeking a skilled Line Engineer/Production Engineer to join our team in India. This role involves overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain production lines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are met.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Assist in the training and development of junior engineering staff.




Analyze production data and generate reports for management.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
Robust understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal.
