Junior Architect

Job Summary

Prospective Designs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Architect to supervise site execution, ensure design compliance, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and assist in delivering projects as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Take site measurements and prepare site reports.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Resolve basic site execution issues in consultation with the Senior Architect/Project Manager.
Verify material quality and ensure proper usage at the site.
Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, and documentation.
Assist in preparing snag lists and monitor rectification work.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide project updates.
Report delays, variations, and execution challenges to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project timelines.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture.
0–2 years of experience in site execution or interior/architectural projects.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.
Ability to read and understand architectural and working drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (SketchUp knowledge is an added advantage).
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
