Hiring: Junior MEP Engineer

Location: IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site execution.
Mandatory: Experience working on high-rise building projects.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Supervise HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical installations.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
Verify material quantities and monitor project progress.
Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of MEP systems,



including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Electrical services.
Hands-on experience in high-rise building projects (mandatory).
Ability to read and interpret MEP and coordination drawings.
Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CPWD/PWD projects will be an added advantage.
Fire Fighting project experience will be an added advantage.
Experience on large institutional, commercial, or government infrastructure projects is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
