Job Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 support for SAP user
Resolve basic SAP issues and troubleshoot user queries.
Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 support team.
Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in any SAP module (MM, SD, FICO, PP, HCM, ABAP, etc.)
Basic understanding of SAP support processes.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team workplace.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
