Job Summary The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the organization's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The role involves planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and utilities.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and equipment history.
Monitor the performance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Support facility improvement projects and installations as required.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
2–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
