Job Title: Team Lead – SD-WAN & Network Support (L3)

Experience: 8–12 Years

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (L3) with solid expertise in SD-WAN and Network Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on troubleshooting experience, lead technical teams, and support international customers while ensuring high service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the L3 network support team and handle critical technical issues.
Troubleshoot complex SD-WAN and network-related incidents.
Work on Fortinet and Cisco networking solutions.
Support international customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Handle high-pressure situations and drive issues to closure.
Understand how network products and systems work and provide technical guidance to the team.




Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for service delivery and escalations.

Required Skills
8 –12 years of experience in Network Support.
Strong experience as an L3 Engineer or Team Lead.
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN.
Basic to good knowledge of Firewalls.
Positive product knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco.
Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience supporting international customers.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Note
This is not a network monitoring role.
We are looking for candidates who can troubleshoot, resolve complex issues, and lead the technical team, not candidates whose primary experience is only monitoring network links or NOC operations.
