Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
Coordinate with production, maintenance teams, and external contractors.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Support energy efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
Supervise technicians and provide technical guidance.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and equipment failures.




Knowledge of industrial safety standards and permit-to-work systems

Preferred candidate profile Degree in Electrical and Mechanical.

3 - 6 years of experience in industrial maintenance or plant maintenance.

Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

Familiarity with motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, HVAC systems, and control panels

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Willingness to work in shifts, attend emergency breakdowns, and work in a quick-paced manufacturing workplace.
