Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to promote medical and wellness products while managing essential office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, marketing, and administrative skills to support business growth and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing ResponsibilitiesPromote and market medical and wellness products to customers, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and distributors. Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

Conduct product presentations and explain product advantages. Coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare marketing reports and sales updates.

Office & Administrative ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms. Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales records. Manage inventory and coordinate order processing.

Maintain customer databases and documentation.



Schedule meetings and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Ensure smooth office operations and support management with administrative tasks.

Required Skills Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques. Basic understanding of medical or wellness products (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or office administration (preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
