Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in React Native and native Android development (Java/Kotlin). You will build and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android using React Native and also implement native modules and features as needed. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to contribute to architecture, performance tuning, and scaling mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (Android first, iOS optional)
Implement native Android modules in Java/Kotlin when platform-specific functionality is needed
Work with Android SDK, Jetpack components, background services, and local storage
Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDKs
Build custom UI components and animations
Optimize performance for both hybrid and native modules
Debug and resolve issues in both JavaScript and native Android layers
Maintain codebase via Git, participate in code reviews and Agile sprint cycles
Manage app deployment to the Play Store (and optionally App Store)

Required Skills
Qualified experience with React Native and native Android development (Java and/or Kotlin)




Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and build tools
Experience with React Native navigation, Redux/Context API
Familiarity with native bridging in React Native (using Native Modules)
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP)
Robust debugging and performance tuning skills
Experience with BLE, camera, NFC, or other hardware integrations

Soft Skills
Robust communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Passion for clean code, performance, and great user experience
