Generate current business prospects through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and customer support teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and product launches.
Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and quotations to maximize business conversion.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.
