Job Responsibilities
Perform daily office support and administrative assistance duties.
Serve tea, coffee and refreshments to employees, guests and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office, pantry and meeting rooms.
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning and movement of documents within the office.
Deliver and collect documents, cheques, letters and other official materials from banks, government offices, project sites and other locations.
Purchase stationery, refreshments and other office supplies as instructed.
Assist employees and management with routine office-related work.
Ensure the secure and timely delivery of confidential documents.
Carry out other reasonable office and outdoor duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Class upto 12 pass.
Age: 22–26 years.
Minimum two years of relevant experience as an Office Boy,



Office Assistant, Office Helper or in a similar position.
Must know how to drive a two-wheeler. This is mandatory.
Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
Candidate should preferably own or have regular access to a two-wheeler.
Must reside within approximately 45 minutes to one hour’s travelling distance from Salt Lake, Sector V.
Should have basic knowledge of Kolkata and nearby areas.
Must be punctual, disciplined, honest, responsible and well-mannered.
Should be physically fit and willing to perform both indoor and outdoor office duties.
Basic communication skills in Bengali and Hindi are required.

Basic

English knowledge will be preferred though not mandatory.

Compensation and Perks
Monthly salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000, depending on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
