Type and prepare discharge summaries, medical reports, operation notes, consultation notes, and investigation reports accurately.
Transcribe consultants' dictated notes and ensure correct medical terminology and formatting.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with hospital privacy policies.
Verify patient information and ensure all medical documents are complete and error-free before submission.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, MRD, and other departments for timely completion of documentation.
Upload and maintain medical reports in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Ensure timely completion of discharge summaries to facilitate smooth patient discharge.
Maintain records of typed documents and ensure proper filing and retrieval of medical records.
Support NABH documentation requirements and participate in quality audits related to medical documentation.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or Reporting Manager from time to time.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
