We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Manager to lead the mechanical design team and oversee product and equipment design projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in AutoCAD, mechanical design calculations, and project coordination.

Role & responsibilities :
Lead and manage mechanical design activities from concept to completion.
Prepare and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform mechanical design calculations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams.
Review designs for quality, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
Mentor and guide the design engineering team.

Desired profile:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
12+ years of experience in mechanical design and team management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Data centre is an advantage.
Solid experience in mechanical design calculations.
Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
