NMC & Silicon Development Lead
Core Objective: Lead the development of high-energy-density cells (NMC) and next-generation silicon-anode technologies for premium applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and test high-nickel NMC cathode compositions to achieve competitive energy density.
Integrate silicon-graphite composite anodes, focusing on managing mechanical volume expansion during cycling.
Oversee the transition of high-density chemistries from lab-scale prototypes to initial pilot production.
Key Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Silicon swelling mitigation and advanced binder chemistry.
Experience in high-nickel NMC stabilization techniques (e.g., doping, coating).
Proficiency in Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) for failure analysis.
Recommended Education: Ph.D. in Electrochemistry, Materials Science or Chemistry, specializing in advanced Li-ion intercalation materials or Silicon-graphite composites.
