Role Description The NLP Engineer is a full time, in office role based in Abroad . This position involves designing, developing, and deploying natural language processing models to improve the analysis of client inquiries, documentation, and communication workflows.

The role includes preprocessing and annotating text data, building and tuning language models, and integrating NLP solutions into internal tools used by consultants and support teams. The NLP Engineer will collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, monitor model performance, and ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and data privacy standards. The role also requires documenting technical approaches, maintaining code quality, and staying current with advancements in NLP and machine learning relevant to immigration and consulting services.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing and machine learning, including experience with text preprocessing, tokenization, and model training.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in NLP (such as Python)



and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Experience working with APIs, microservices, and integrating NLP models into production environments or internal tools.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
Ability to work with noisy, domain-specific text data and develop robust solutions for classification, information extraction, and text summarization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an in office setting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience or interest in immigration, legal, or consulting domains is an advantage.
