Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GOTS, Fairtrade, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, BSCI, and customer-specific requirements.
Monitor effectiveness of quality systems and initiate continual improvement programs.
Lead internal and external quality audits.

Incoming Material Quality
Establish inspection standards for fabric, trims, threads, labels, packaging materials, and accessories.
Approve incoming materials before production.
Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers for quality deviations.

In-Process Quality Control
Monitor quality performance at cutting, sewing, finishing, folding, packing, and dispatch stages.
Ensure implementation of in-line and end-line inspection systems.
Maintain process control plans and quality checkpoints.
Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring defects.

Final Inspection & Customer Compliance
Ensure final inspections are conducted as per AQL/QAL requirements.
Verify compliance with customer specifications, measurement standards, workmanship standards, and packaging requirements.
Manage pre-final and final shipment inspections.
Coordinate buyer audits and third-party inspections.

Laboratory & Testing Management




Oversee fabric and finished product testing programs.
Ensure testing compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Review laboratory reports and take preventive actions for quality issues.

Customer Complaint Management
Investigate customer complaints and claims.
Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans.
Track complaint trends and establish preventive measures.

Team Leadership
Lead Quality Managers, Quality Supervisors, Auditors, Inspectors, and Lab Technicians.
Conduct skill development and quality awareness training.
Build a quality-focused culture across the organization.

Continuous Improvement
Implement Lean Quality, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and mistake-proofing initiatives.
Reduce defect rates, rework, and customer returns.
Improve first-pass yield and right-first-time performance.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain quality manuals, SOPs, inspection records, CAPA reports, and audit reports.
Prepare monthly quality performance reports and management review inputs.
Ensure documentation traceability and record retention.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
