Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves managing and maintaining MIS databases, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of business data.

The Executive will analyze trends and performance metrics, support management with actionable insights, and help optimize operational and sales activities through data-driven recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information, validating data, preparing dashboards, and communicating key findings to stakeholders.



The role also involves improving reporting processes, documenting procedures, and supporting implementation of new MIS tools or enhancements.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with the ability to manage databases and reporting tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities to interpret data, create dashboards, and present performance insights.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clearly convey data findings and recommendations.
Experience with spreadsheet software, data visualization tools, and basic query/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines are key.
Prior experience in a MIS or data reporting role in a wholesale, distribution, or similar business workplace is an advantage.
